SOTAbots is a student-led high school robotics team based in Tacoma that builds robots and runs community outreach to inspire young people into STEAM fields. For their robot reveal event, they needed branding that captured both the technical energy of robotics and the marine life conservation theme of the year. I refreshed the SOTAbots logo — transforming the "O" in both SOTA and bots into a drive chain element — and designed a coral-inspired pattern applied across all event print collateral and social media assets.
